Job Description

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: FOR THE GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector coveying written information in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience, using correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Possess computer skills to navigate multiple programs/websites. Have a logistical and/or government property background. FOR THE GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing property management planning, monitoring, and advising on industrial property management to ensure compliance and effective management of assets.
