Job Description
GS-11: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Liaising with supported organizations in delivery of human resources services. 2. Evaluating actions in addressing supported organizations' needs and performing HR analysis. 3. Enhancing communication and facilitating coordination/execution of initiatives by preparing briefs and other correspondence for presentation by senior leadership. 4. Analyzing input and workload data required to develop reports, manage projects and resolving human resources issues. 5. Applying expertise in human resources products and services. (e.g., manpower, human resources, benefits, equal employment opportunity [EEO]) to support the mission and strategic goals of command.
