Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:Experienced housing and customer service professional with knowledge of housing referral programs, tenant-landlord relations, Fair Housing Laws, California Civil Codes, and government housing assistance programs including FHA, VA, HUD, CalVet, and Section 8. Skilled in maintaining professional relationships with realtors, property managers, government agencies, and community organizations while providing counseling, housing referrals, dispute resolution, mediation, property inspections, and administrative support. Ability to investigate complaints, prepare reports, conduct public presentations and orientations, and support military personnel and families with housing resources and relocation assistance. Familiar with local housing markets, rental trends, and military housing procedures surrounding Camp Pendleton, with strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and case management skills.
