Job Summary

You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Training Directorate of the Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek - Fort Story of CENTER FOR SECURITY FORCES.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing and evaluating curriculum components to ensure educational adequacy and compliance with applicable standards, technologies, governing instructions, acquisition requirements, and command policy; 2) Utilizing evolving software applications and AI to provide administrative oversight, technical guidance, and database management support for curriculum and content development processes; 3) Providing excellent oral and written communications to plan, coordinate, and advise on work efforts, and/or to resolve operational challenges through collaboration with leadership, instructional systems designers (ISDs), and all members of the curriculum development team working toward common objectives; 4) Analyzing source materials, curriculum products, and training data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and recommend appropriate curriculum modifications, and 5) Utilizing knowledge of a broad range of instructional methods, training techniques, and educational technologies, including emerging developments in the field, to design, develop, and evaluate training programs and support special project initiatives.
