Job Summary
You will serve as Principal Technical Manager for the Signatures Department within the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD).

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the technical qualifications: TQ 1. Demonstrated experience applying expert scientific and engineering principles in the field of signatures of surface ships, aircraft carriers, submarines, unmanned systems, combatant craft, and boats throughout their life-cycles. Documented experience as a technical authority in signatures resolving significant engineering challenges, influencing critical technical decisions for platform design, or in resolving challenges related to the design, deployment, or sustainment of these platforms. TQ 2. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering or technology development programs. Documented experience of your direct role in managing scope, schedule, and budget constraints; navigating high-risk technical or organizational challenges; and delivering measurable mission impacts.
