Job Description
In addition to the basic requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Ensuring operations satisfy conditions of environmental air quality permits; Conducting conduct site investigations and surveys to determine environmental compliance requirements, especially air quality requirements; Planning requirements, programming funds, budgeting programs, and executing work to support environmental air quality compliance efforts; Analyzing requirements, specifications, and application of cost factors, especially those supporting air quality compliance to develop cost estimates; Preparing technical reports, standard operating procedures, correspondence, and local facility guidance documents to achieve and support compliance with air quality requirements; Implementing processes, procedures, and principles of an Environmental Management System to support an organization's environmental programs; and Communicating progress, status, and approval to evolve efficient and technically adequate responses to environmental issues.
