Job Description
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09/11) grade level or (DP-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Identifying and resolving complex engineering challenges; 2) Managing technical risks to ensure all constituent systems meet strategic, operational, and lifecycle objectives; and 3) Experience with technical project management to include guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams and successfully balancing competing stakeholder requirements.
