Job Description
DA-02: Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience, one of which was at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band (DA-01) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate the following: Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; Plan and organize work; and Communicate effectively orally and in writing. DA-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band (DA-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Using intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to extract data from automated systems and format it into reports; 2. Assisting with financial analysis and the evaluation of funding plans; 3. Tracking funding, reviewing transactions, and reconciling accounts; 4. Recommending financial data corrections; and 5. Communicating effectively both orally and in writing..
