Job Description

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Examples of Specialized Experience may include some of the following: 1) Coordinating various efforts regarding strategic sealift programs to include but not limited to financial management, external studies, strategic planning, Resources and Requirements; 2) Working with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES); 3) Planning, organizing and directing expert-level teams, evaluating needed efforts and managing project resources; and 4) Negotiating with management.
