Job Description
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing, supervising, and managing the efforts of the Timekeeping Division; 2) Overseeing and coordinating the command's timekeeping and payroll management processes; 3) Prioritizing workload and operational taskings as directed; 4) Ensuring proper recording of personnel labor in the official payroll system; 5) Ensuring employees are paid correctly and that labor costs are recorded properly and timely; 6) Developing and analyze performance metrics to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Division to achieve Financial Management Directorate goals and objectives.
