Job Description
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading an enterprise-wide IT or information resources program, including strategic planning, modernization, and lifecycle management of complex IT systems supporting academic, research, operational, or mission-critical environments; 2) Serving as a principal advisor to senior executive leadership on information technology, information management, cybersecurity, and alignment of IT investments with organizational mission priorities; 3) Exercising technical authority over information systems, networks, and cybersecurity, including establishing and enforcing IT, information assurance, and telecommunications policies consistent with Federal, DoD, or enterprise-level directives; and 4) Planning, programming, and executing IT financial resources ensuring effective stewardship of funds, and optimization of technology resources to meet mission needs.
