Job Description
GS-13: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conveying proficiency in telecommunications and technical background in relevant Electromagnetic Spectrum military policy papers, technical documents, and frequency channel plans. Experience demonstrating mastery of radio frequency management across various levels-international, national, joint, Unified Command, and department. Experience managing employees effectively and extensively through a comprehensive programmatic approach. Demonstrated proficiency in organizing routine work assignments, making necessary adjustments to staffing levels, setting work priorities, and establishing deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks. Skilled in evaluating performance and making informed decisions on product approvals or declines. GS-12: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience implementing National and International frequency management policy and procedural documents in progressively more responsible assignments. Experience assisting in making recommendations on new policies or programs in order to resolve potential problems that may exist with telecommunications policy and technical documents. Experience conducting research utilizing individual judgement and discretion in handling and dissemination, needed to provide thoroughly documented and precise results with lead.
