Job Description

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Experience managing a budgeting department, with overall responsibility for organizational compliance with auditability milestones and strategic objectives. 2. Expert-level experience directing the identification of financial root causes and overseeing the implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to remediate material weaknesses across the department. 3. Mastery in managing a department-wide internal control program and validating the integrity of Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) to ensure a complete and auditable Universe of Transactions (UOT). 4. Experience serving as the primary technical advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic briefings on department-wide audit risks and remediation progress.
