You will serve as a Security Specialist within NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY. This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5/10) or pay band (NO-02) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) Managing various types of special access programs utilizing demonstrated knowledge of appropriate security requirements and procedures; 2) Advising personnel in completing detailed questionnaires regarding personal information utilizing required personnel security procedures and adjudication guidelines; 3) Providing guidance in the construction of areas to meet physical security requirements specified by agencies; and 4) Communicating effectively both orally and in writing.
