Job Description
To qualify for a GS-11, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing oversight of DoD Travel Program by ensuring that the program is executed in compliance with DoD Financial Management Regulations (FMR), Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) policy, Defense Travel System (DTS) Business Rules and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). Experience ensuring processing of travel orders and claims, review/audit of claims and collection of debts/overpayments are accomplished timely and in accordance with established regulations. Experience providing oversight of the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Program to CNSL and subordinate commands in accordance with governing instructions and timelines established by DoD Financial Management Regulations (FMR), Volume 9, DoD Instruction 5154.31, Volume 4, and NAVSUPINST 4650.7A. Experience providing various reports that indicate the status on travel invoices pending certification completion.
