Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting policy to ensure uniform application of regulations and processes; 2) Utilizing word processing and database management to retrieve data and incorporate it into reports; 3) Utilizing correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and capitalization to complete documents; and 4) Receiving visitors and/or screening phone calls to determine the nature of requests to direct callers to the appropriate person or office.
