Job Description
Resumes are restricted to no more than 2 pages. Illegible/unreadable resumes will not be considered. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Knowledge of financial administration and budgeting principles to develop new methodologies and direct large-scale systems. 2. Ability to analyze and coordinate the entire budget lifecycle, developing financing proposals for review and resolving complex, non-routine financial issues in a highly dynamic regulatory environment. 3. Ability to advise on financial policies, directing all phases of budgeting, and implementing new strategies and controls to ensure the organization's financial integrity. 4. Managing mission-related programs and performance, set policies, coordinate audits, and oversee all aspects of employee supervision and development.
