Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) providing support to the Customer Technical Representative (CTR) by interpreting and representing the customer discussions and requirements; 2) Serving as senior technical advisor for all customer service problems; 3) providing input to the CTR for preparation to the final report on Contractor performance for the applicable task order; and 4) providing customer representation in any discussions regarding Service Level agreement clarification and or definition and support process. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
