About the Position: Serves as a Financial Management Analyst within Resources Services Directorate (RSD)Managerial Accounting Division. Manages the Centrally Billed Accounts (CBAs) and Individually Billed accounts (IBAs) for Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA/OA22). Incumbent is responsible for providing government travel payment support, including managing, monitoring, and processing actions for OA-22 civilian and military centrally and individually billed travel accounts.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Administering individual government travel charge card (GTCC) accounts by reviewing delinquency reports, executing account suspensions or closures, and auditing card usage to ensure strict adherence to agency travel card policies and public laws. 2) Reconciling Centrally Billed Accounts (CBAs) by analyzing billing statements, validating transactions, and coordinating directly with the card vendor to resolve complex billing discrepancies and prevent fund mismanagement. 3) Maintaining automated travel systems (such as Defense Travel System) by constructing organizational routing lists, assigning specific user access roles, and managing required financial delegation documents (such as DD Form 577) to secure system integrity. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify for this job, you may qualify if your education meets the definitions below: Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Management or Business Administration. (Note: You must provide a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
