Ensuring record management files are properly maintained, following procedures to inspect supply or equipment for discrepancies, Operating automated word processing equipment with hardware and software components to prepare a variety of material such as correspondence, forms, reports, etc., Maintaining property book in accordance with applicable regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service at the GS-06 level. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
