TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (TQs): Your resume should demonstrate accomplishments that would satisfy the following technical qualifications. TQ1: Ability to provide strategic leadership and technical authority for enterprise-level data and analytic operations across a major command or equivalent large-scale level and drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics to deliver data-driven decision-making solutions that optimize sustainment operations, improve efficiency, and enhance readiness. TQ2: Ability to direct multi-disciplinary technical teams in applying advanced analytical methodologies to solve complex operations and communicate results and strategic recommendations to the highest echelons of the Army and the Department of War or equivalent level. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a Critical Acquisition Position. Unless specifically waived by the appropriate Army official, (i.e., the Army Director of Acquisition Career Management, the Army Acquisition Executive, or the Secretary of the Army) or if the employee is Grandfathered under Chapter 87 of Title 10, United States Code (U.S.C), Section 1736(c)(1), the following are statutorily mandated requirements (Reference: 10 U.S.C. 1732 and 1737): Selectee must execute, as a condition of appointment, a written agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years. In signing such agreement, the employee does not forfeit any employment rights, nor does such an agreement alter any other terms or conditions of employment. This is a Key Leadership Position (KLP), which is a subset of a Critical Acquisition Position. The selectee must meet all required KLP certification standards at the time of assignment or have an approved waiver signed by the Army Acquisition Executive. This critical acquisition position requires PRACTITIONER certification in Acquisition Functional Area of Test and Evaluation. Practitioner Career Level Certification Category must be met within 3 years.
