Job Summary
As a Talent Management Project Manager, you will perform assignments on OHRM teams and assists other Federal agency efforts focused on centralizing, streamlining overall hiring processes to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in recruitment and retention of top talent within GSA and possibly within the Federal workforce. Location of position: GSA, Office of Human Resources Management, Raleigh, NC We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-11 salary range starts at $77,983 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience assisting with the collection and analysis of workforce, hiring, or recruitment data to support decision-making; participating in efforts to evaluate and improve recruitment, sourcing, or talent management processes; supporting recruitment efforts by assisting in designing technology based outreach methods (e.g., Handshake, social media, organizational websites) to attract and engage high quality candidates; and preparing written materials and communicating analytical findings to managers or stakeholders. OR Education: Possess a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or have successfully completed 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
