Who May Apply: US Citizens In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience at GS-12: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Developing digital strategy and campaign plans for managing marketing and social media programs and content marketing techniques for digital recruiting operations; 2) Creating and distributing valuable, relevant, and consistent content to attract and acquire a clearly defined audience through the use of Web and social networking sites to include, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Flickr, and other social platforms; 3) Analyzing and interpreting customer data from analytical tools and dashboards such as Sprinklr, Analytics, Tag Manager, Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Optimizely and others for tracking impacts related to campaign success; 4) Teaching a new product, digital tool, application, software, etc, to customers, marketing team, and leadership; AND 5) Presenting data to leadership to keep informed on campaign issues or necessary strategic changes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). (NOTE: At the GS-12, there is no education substitution, you must meet this with specialized experience.)
