About the Position: The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY is an academic institution located in the Hudson River Valley, 50 miles from New York City. The historic site is the oldest continuously occupied military post in America. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Assisting in designing and/or developing three-dimensional (3D) or virtual reality simulations; AND 2) Creating game scripts using object-oriented scripting languages such as C# or other comparable coding applications; AND 3) Utilizing gaming software applications such as Unity and Unreal to create educational or other related content. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
