About the Position: As a Program Manager for the Northwestern Division (NWD) Sentinel Integrated Project Office (IPO) you will be responsible for developing and directing a USACE enterprise-wide team to manage the execution of large, complex, schedule critical, one-of-a-kind Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (IBM) projects.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Developing future investment priorities, budget requests and data in support of congressional appropriations and allocating appropriated funds; 2) Developing and implementing strategic planning processes; 3) Using program management techniques, methods and practices to address complex organizational issues; AND 4) Leading a team, outlining objectives, and resolving priority conflicts. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
