About the Position: Serves as a Financial Management Analyst for a project funded organization in a revolving fund environment in the Corps of Engineers District and under the Corp's Regional Business Center-Community of Practice (COP) structure. Knowledge of budgeting, manpower, finance and accounting, and auditing regulations and procedures.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Establishing budgets for real property construction projects to monitor use of funding; 2) Performing schedule/financial analysis to ensure adequate funding is utilized; 3) Applying Federal and/or DOD fiscal laws, regulations, policies to DOD construction and/or real property activities to ensure authority levels for program execution are available; and 4) Utilizing of Federal, DOD, and/or industry-standard project and/or financial management automated information systems to track all budgets/funding. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-11. Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service Financial Analysis Planning and Evaluating Written Communication Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
