About the Position: This position is part of the Reemployed Annuitant Program . The incumbent operates under the administrative supervision of Program Director, Reemployed Annuitant Office. On an as-needed basis, employees occupying these positions provide emergency support to disaster stricken areas throughout the U. S. Employees in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes serves as Senior Program Manager providing management and operational control over assigned programs; leads study groups and/or steering committees to identify and implement recommendations to improve overall functions, operations, and performance; manages a variety of natural disaster and emergency programs/projects critical to the execution of the mission; performs a variety of clerical and administrative duties which are auxiliary to the Response/Recovery work; prepares FEMA damage survey reports. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Oral Communication Problem Solving Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
