About the Position: This position is part of the Reemployed Annuitant Program. The incumbent operates under the administrative supervision of Program Director, Reemployed Annuitant Office. On an as-needed basis, employees occupying these positions provide emergency support to disaster stricken areas throughout the U. S. Employees in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency(FEMA).

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Coordinates the work with on-site contractors' personnel and representatives of the using service to assure timely and satisfactory accomplishment of all contracts; Prepares deficiency lists for items to be corrected and follows up to assure timely corrections; Makes decisions and/or recommendations concerning changes in the contract requirements and issues rough drafts of requests for proposals; Prepares FEMA damage survey reports; Coordinates requests for contractor services from FEMA program staff; provide comprehensive administrative and technical advice on substantive construction operations and practices. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Oral Communication Problem Solving Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
