About the Position: This position is with Southern California Area Office, Vandenberg AFB Resident Office. Incumbent works under the general supervision of the Area Engineer who establishes overall objectives, andprovides guidance on policy, controversial and precedent setting matters. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) performing a variety of contract administration duties, such as preparing change requests and construction cost estimates for military or civil works construction projects; 2) performing field engineering duties to include quality assurance (QA) checks; and 3) reviewing contractors' proposals..
