Specialized Experience for GS-11: One-year of experience which inspecting ongoing construction projects 2) identifying and reporting deficiencies related to contract specifications or drawings, and 3) preparing daily inspection reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-10).
