Specialized Experience Requirements:GS-09: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) providing administration support functions to perform analysis of data in support of construction projects; and 2) maintaining fiscal documents and executing progress payments. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-08).
