In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below: GS-15 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes meeting all of the following: 1) Serve as technical advisor to staff concerning all regulatory matters; 2) manage an organization's regulatory program to include: the coordination, budgeting and/or scheduling; 3) supervise major functions such as: permit processes, enforcement processes, and/or programmatic requirements; and 4) provide leadership to a team of multi-disciplined professionals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
