GS-10 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal Service which includes Overseeing, managing, and inspecting construction work. GS-11 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-10 grade level in the Federal Service which includes Overseeing, managing, and inspecting construction work AND Performing detailed quality assurance functions for all aspects of construction.
