About the Position: In this position you will be responsible for providing and coordinating on-site quality assurance and construction management activities to ensure construction performance is conducted in accordance with the contract documents.

Specialized Experience GS-12: One year of specialized experience which includes meeting three of the following: 1) Perform Quality Assurance (QA) surveillance of construction activities on-site to assure that the contractor is conducting quality control operations to produce work in conformance with contract plans and specifications; 2) Evaluate and analyze complex construction project issues to develop solutions and advise management on courses of action; or 3) Perform construction contract administration duties; or 4) Ensure compliance with and enforce construction safety requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
