Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Collaborating with key stakeholders to establish mission and work requirements which align with plans, goals, and objectives of the organization; 2) Leading operational posture with team to ensure tasks are delineated equitably to meet demands; and 3) Managing program resources, allocations and phases of projects to ensure compliance with the budgetary and mission requirements. Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
