Job Description

ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Takes initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflict among multiple priorities, and implements effective solutions to prevent problems that might impact timelines and deliverables 2. Demonstrates and promotes open communication of sensitive topics or challenging issues both within and across teams and facilitates the opportunity for everyone to exchange information and viewpoints openly and without judgment 3. Develops and employs strategies to analyze key issues, drawing conclusions from data and recommending viable solutions to address Agency mission needs 4. Ensures financial commitments and deadlines are met by facilitating and assessing processes, situations, and issues and takes corrective action, as needed 5. Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the IC and uses this knowledge constructively in establishing goals and priorities and accomplishing work.
