Understanding of basic food handling techniques. Ability to follow oral instructions and perform routine manual tasks involving few steps. Must use judgment in sequencing tasks and be able to concentrate on uniform individual portions and to avoid distraction when serving several people at a time. Must have an understanding of personal hygiene standards and simple food handling techniques. Knowledge of basic arithmetic and cash handling techniques. Must have a working knowledge how to operate and clean the coffee machines. Must be able to follow and relay instructions.
