Job Summary
This position is located within Member Services (MS), Business Support Office (BSO), Training and Quality (TQ). The incumbent serves as a member of the Training and Quality department providing administrative and technical support to all MS organizations.
Job Description
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 09/22/2026. You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below: Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-04 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: (1) Utilizing electronic database programs to enter, edit, extract, research, analyze, and report data; (2) Resolving help desk tickets related to online database access and log-in issues for customers; (3) Posting training classes, reserving training rooms which meet anticipated participant size, coordinating necessary software and hardware requirements for training delivery, and providing training class handouts and supplies for presenter(s) and participants; (4) Assisting in developing training materials and activities; (5) Tracking, maintaining, and retrieving training records and files. OR, Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. OR, Combination: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have a combination of Specialized Experience and Education beyond 2 years above High School (Transcripts Required).
