This position is under the supervision of the Grounds and Transportation Supervisor, Facilities Management Service located at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Requires one full year of specialized experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS 6) in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes performing motor vehicle fleet management tasks, serving as agent for receiving, transferring, and accounting for vehicles and repair and maintenance requirements; analyzing fleet management operations and maintaining documentation using computer software and databases, including cost efficient operations, financial transactions (e.g., procurement; billing; reimbursements), mileage; and liaising with vehicle vendors.
