Job Summary
This Supervisory Program Analyst position will serve as a Regional Officer within their respective business line for the Contracts Management (CM) Directorate of Integrated External Networks (IEN), providing the full range of technical and administrative supervision in directing a contract administration branch. This position can be located in either Lakewood, CO or Washington, DC.
Job Description
To qualify for this position, you MUST meet the following requirements: Specialized Experience: You must have at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-12) in the Federal Service that has given you the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of a Supervisory Program Analyst, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience includes overseeing the administration of health care services contracts; serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or performing comparable contract oversight; evaluating contractor performance, compliance, deliverables, and invoices; collaborating with stakeholders to resolve contract administration issues; and planning, directing, or supervising employees engaged in contract administration or program management. Your experience must be fully documented on your resume and must include job title, duties, month and year start/end dates AND hours worked per week. A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities.
