This position's location is negotiable after selection but will be located at a VA Medical Center and will work for the Center of Excellence for Suicide Prevention at the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System reporting to the Associate Director for Education.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS: To apply for this position, you must have the following qualifications: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: I have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS 9) in Federal Service that includes performing the following duties: Assists Center staff on the application of communication technologies.; Provides advice and consultation on technological capabilities.; Assists with production of education and communication materials including digital, audio and online production management, graphical layout for design, 508 compliance, communities of practice, and the creation of databases.; Troubleshoots communication problems.; Investigates technology changes and improvement costs for budget consideration.; Troubleshooting and providing referrals for technical communication problems.
