Job Description

EDUCATION SERVICES OFFICER, GS-1740-11: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-09 level experience in planning, organizing, and directing the activities of assigned program areas, ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements are met; Developing goals and objectives that align organization and military human resources objectives and establishes policies and procedures for accomplishment of the same; establishing analysis systems to ensure actions are timely and to ensure effectiveness of programs; managing the function of work to be performed and experience that includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
