Job Description

General Experience: Possess experience, education, or training which has provided the applicant with a knowledge of equipment maintenance work, or skill in reading engineering drawings and specifications, using test instruments, making computations, and keeping records. Experience using computer and automation systems. FACILITY PLANS AND PROGRAMS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST, GS-1601-12: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-12 level experience demonstrating the ability to serve as a principal advisor and action officer to the Construction and Facilities Management Office on all proposed construction, maintenance, and facilities management plans within the state; Experience providing guidance and direction on project scope, preparation of project estimates, economic analyses, and programming documents; Experience overseeing management of all ARNG real property.
