Job Description
RESOURCE MANAGER, GS-0501-12: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-11 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: Developing and overseeing real property operations and maintenance cost reimbursement programs and ensuring that services provided to entities are recovered and accounted for; acts as the central point of contact for funds accounting; providing expert guidance in the development and preparation of budget submissions, execution and closeouts; and providing technical advice, reviews final drafts prior to execution, and manages financial execution of negotiated agreements.
