Job Description

General Experience: Must possess a valid understanding of the basic principles and concepts of human resources functions and programs. SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST, GS-0201-11: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-09 level experience executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems and advising supervisors and managers; Experience in personnel and manpower core competencies; Experience in applying program policies, directives, publications, and training manuals; and have at least 24 months experience with human resources programs related to federal civilian or military personnel programs.
