Job Summary

This position is located in Oregon, Burns District. The primary purpose of this position is to operate one or more types of engineering and construction heavy equipment. Also, may perform various non-series controlling related duties up to the WG-08.
Job Description
SCREEN-OUT ELEMENT: Your qualifications will first be evaluated against the prescribed screen out element, which usually appears as question 1 in the on-line questionnaire. Those applicants who appear to possess at least the minimal acceptable qualification requirement are considered for further rating; those who do not are rated ineligible and are eliminated. The potential eligibles are then rated against the remainder of the Job Elements. The screen out elements for this position are: Ability to Do the Work of the Position without More Than Normal Supervision. There is no specific length of training or experience required; however, you must be able to demonstrate through experience shown in the resume materials, that you possess the skill level that has equipped you with the particular job elements to successfully perform the duties of Engineering Equipment Operator without more than normal supervision.
