GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position to be filled. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: All personnel must be certified at the next higher level before being eligible for that level. Experiences gained through military technical training schools or civilian academic courses are included in the one-year on-the-job experience.
