In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Administrative and Management Positions, SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level (or equivalent in other pay systems) in the federal service in which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is experience which includes assisting in the planning, directing, or organizing of contracts for various Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO) and other systems utilized in marketing and recruitment. To view additional qualification information, click on the following link: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/1100/general-business-and-industry-series-1101b/ KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: Extensive knowledge of a wide range of visual communication, still and video imagery, illustration, design, layout principles, and concepts for the conception, planning, and execution of a variety of complex projects. Analytical Skill to plan and execute quality assurance and contract officer representative rules, regulations, principles, methods, techniques, and practices to develop contract requirements, evaluate contractor performance, maintain documentation, and recommend program changes. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Agency Supplemental Regulations (e.g., DFARS, HHSAR, etc.): A thorough understanding of the laws, regulations, policies, and procedures governing federal contracting. Knowledge of Financial Management Principles: Understanding of basic accounting principles, budgeting, and cost analysis techniques. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy. Knowledge and application of Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production Workflows. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE: Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge and skills that can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
