Job Description

Four years of experience in website development, user experience design and implementation, content management systems, digital platform management, or related digital technologies. Applicable education may be substituted for years of experience. Must have experience developing and supporting content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, or similar enterprise digital platforms, with an emphasis on content management, responsive design, accessibility, and user experience. Strong knowledge of modern front-end development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web design principles, and contemporary web development practices. Experience implementing user interfaces and digital experiences across enterprise platforms is highly desirable. Knowledge of accessibility standards, digital media, usability principles, content management systems, and web technologies is preferred. Experience in supporting website implementation, maintenance, enhancement, user training, and operational support activities is required. Skill in developing and delivering training materials, operational procedures, presentations, briefings, user guides, and technical documentation. Ability to prepare and maintain clear, accurate, and complete documentation, reports, and correspondence. Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
