Job Description

Three years¿ experience demonstrating in-depth knowledge of developing and maintaining systems and procedures to support the execution of pre-season merchandise plans, departmental open to buys and analysis against all merchandise plan components throughout a fiscal year. Relevant education may be used as a substitute for experience. Skill to plan and develop pre-season strategy for seasonal merchandise financial plans to include reference sales volume, inventory turn, gross margins, receipts, markdowns and markups. Ability to become familiar and comply with DoD, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps directives, policies, and regulations covering retail operations. Intermediate and/or Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
